| Mahe is the largest island in the archipelago of the Republic Of Seychelles. It is 27km long and 8 km large and cover 145sqm.It is a granitic island with mountains and its temperature is mainly 29°C.The capital city Victoria is the only international harbour on the Seychelles it is also the smallest capital city in the world with its 3.5km2. There are areas of dense housing and others less populated. It mainly produce coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, corn and potato. The local handicrafts are dazzling and you can shop there. Located on the north there is the Seychelles largest beach named Beauvallon beach it is a 2.5km long and white sandy beach with clear water it is ideal for swimming and tanning. It is the only place where you can do some motorised and non motorised water sports. Mahe Island is perfect for a seaside stay and you can find many activities to do.
